Mom and baby yoga is a great way to physically & emotionally bond with your baby while getting back to your exercise routine. This 60 minute class focuses on re-building core strength through yoga poses as well as relieving tension in areas such as the neck, shoulders and back. Babies will be treated to relaxing massages and wonderful stretches as well as joining mom in some of the yoga poses. It’s also a great way to meet other new moms in a relaxing environment.
